Hours (stylised as 'hours...'), the 22nd studio album by English musician David Bowie, was released on September 21, 1999, through BowieNet and on October 4 on CD by Virgin Records. One of the first albums by a major artist available for download, it originated as a soundtrack for the video game "Omikron: The Nomad Soul." This album marked the final collaboration between Bowie and guitarist Reeves Gabrels. It presents a pop rock and art pop style, with introspective lyrics about topics like relationship collapse and angst.
