Artist: "Weird Al" Yankovic
Album: Alapalooza
Song Notes: A parody at the then-prevalent and still-awful Billy Ray Cyrus song "Achy Breaky Heart" which was just ALL OVER not only country radio but pop radio and television as well. It's just a really insipid song, and "Weird Al" Yankovic does a pretty good job of skewering it. The only other song than the unreleased "Still Billy Joel To Me" to really be that mean -- "Weird Al" Yankovic felt bad about it and set up a way that all profits from that song are donated to charity. (Though the songwriter and Billy Ray Cyrus were both OK with the parody, so it couldn't have hurt their feelings too much—but that's still a really nice thing for Al to do.) - Rev. Syung Myung Me
