André Antunes is a Portuguese guitarist and live musician who gained prominence for his electric guitar covers of pop and classic songs, though he sometimes makes original music. He is a solo artist, but he sometimes works alongside his brother in David Antunes & The Midnight Band.
Career[]
André started to gain some recognition in 2015 when he did a rock cover for "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk. In the video, Antunes performed the track in the style of 10 of rock’s most iconic guitar players. He also has many videos in which he makes original heavy metal accompaniment to videos of various idiots screaming their heads off in public, and amazingly, his musical skills and the screaming seem to synchronize for the listener.
