Baby, Won't You Change Your Mind is the second studio album by American soul/R&B vocal group Black Ivory, released in December 1972 by Today Records/Perception Records. The album is produced by Patrick Adams and David Jordan. The album stayed on the Billboard Top R&B Albums chart for 13 weeks and peaked at No. 26 on March 3, 1973. The album peaked at No. 188 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart during a 7-week run.
