Diurnia is the seventh full-length album from Ambient music project The Silent Boy that was released on November 4th, 2017. It is also the seventh installment of The Dreamland Chronicles. Following the psychedelic sounds at the end of Crepus, the album takes a more dark turn atmospherically, employing pitched down and doubled vocals, eerie and sometimes harsh analogue synthesizers and drum machine sounds, acoustic guitar, and bass guitar. All instruments were recorded live and improvised. The album is about realising the core of one's depression, confronting it, and letting go. It acts as a retelling of Aureus Nova Solis's relationship with his father. A companion EP, Radiated, was released along-side the album on the same day.
