Lookout! Records is one of the bigger of the indie punk labels, thanks in part to being where bands like Green Day and The Donnas got their start. They have a pretty good repuation, though that's been slipping lately, since they've been having trouble keeping up royalty payments, causing many Lookout! bands to take back their masters and reissue them on other labels. Green Day was the most recent to do this, which ended up crippling the label, although it's still in business, though it cancelled the rest of its releases for the rest of the year.
