Michael Kenji Shinoda is an American musician, rapper, singer, songwriter, artist and record producer, best known as a founder of the rock band Linkin Park alongside Rob Bourdon and Brad Delson, being served as the band's the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, keyboardist, primary songwriter and producer. In 2004, he founded a hip hop side project Fort Minor. He is also the co-founder of Machine Shop Records, a California-based record label. He spent a few years working as a solo artist as of Chester Bennington's death.
Current day Linkin Park[]
In 2024, Linkin Park reformed with Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain as new members. Lead guitarist Brad Delson is on hiatus from live performances too and has a live replacement for some time at least. The remaining members of the classic line-up are Dave Farrell and Joseph Hahn.
