Peter Allen (GrovedaleNew South Wales10 February 1944 - San DiegoCalifornia18 June 1992), born Peter Richard Woolnough, was an Australian singer and songwriter. His songs were sung by Olivia Newton-John, Melissa Manchester and Frank Sinatra.

Private Life[Edit][]

In 1967 he married Liza Minnelli, the wedding held out until 1974.

In the 70 's All publicly came out for his homosexuality. He got in that period a relationship with Gregory Connell, the relationship lasted until 1984 when Connell died of an AIDS-related disease.

Death[Edit][]

All died In 1992 of AIDS-related cancer in his throat, head and neck. His ashes were scattered at sea after his cremation.
