William Leonard Roberts II (born January 28, 1976), is an American rapper and entrepreneur better known by the stage name Rick Ross. He is the founder of the rap group Triple C's and has also enjoyed success as a solo artist. He is also the founder of the record label Maybach Music Group, though which he has released seven albums. In early 2012, MTV named Ross as the "Hottest MC in the Game."
