Twelve Angry Months, sometimes stylized as 12 Angry Months, is the sixth album by Rock duo Local H. It was released in the US on May 17, 2008 by Shout! Factory. It is a concept album revolving around a entire year after a nasty breakup. A UK release was planned for August 18, but was delayed to August 25 for unknown reasons.

Background[]

The recording process for the album took place during 2007. The album was officially released on May 17 of 2008 in the US under the label Shout! Factory. 1000 copies of the track "24 Hour Break-Up Session" on 7" vinyl were released with the album.

During 2009, a music video for "Machine Shed Wrestling" was released on the bands official YouTube page named "localhdtours". During the same year, the band released a video album named 68 Angry Minutes. It includes concert footage of the band playing Twelve Angry Months in its entirety. The video was shot on the same night as the albums release.

The album is a concept album about a person who has recently broke up with there girlfriend. The album has 12 tracks, each track being a different month. Hence the album title, Twelve Angry Months.
