My focuses as a volunteer...
- Communicate: Always make an effort to talk
with everyone
- Inform: Educate in compliance to written tangible policy.
- Encourage: Questions and feedback are to be voiced.
- Improve: A healthy group should always
welcome better methods presented by anybody.
- Listen: Acknowledge all concerns and find ways to accommodate them.
- Obligation: Cater to the community in that they govern you.
- Care: Do not be afraid to show heart in the role.
