The artist name is Petrolium Jelly, inspired by the labels name P⋆jelly representing the label and the artist as a fresh wave of boundary pushing innovators. The company annonced that plans for a debut single were already in the works. This has led to controversy, with many people questioning the labels stability and if they have enough resources to support an underground artist. Considering experimental music is so niche, people are concerned that the label will fall over because they don't have enough resources and support systems to back them up if anything goes wrong.
On January 23rd, 2026, the company announced that the debut single " Coinciding With Love and Sex " will be released as Petrolium Jelly's debut single on Bandcamp, Audiomack, ReverBNation, Soundcloud, Youtube, and DEEZER. Many fans are confused and concerned because another revelation ahs revealed that the track is barely short of two minutes, and is it rather a demo than a full track. This has stirred up more debates as questions raise of why it would take them almost a year to produce a one minute song that wans boundary pushing but more of a glimpse.
